Reverting to the plea taken by the Petitioner that other seven candidates were allowed to appear in the interview and he was left out. The aforesaid plea of the Petitioner cannot be considered as a valid ground to appear in the interview; therefore we do not see any discrimination on their part as discussed supra. The Petitioner has failed to make out a case on the basis of discrimination
