Accordingly, the respondents are directed to reconsider the petitioners??? claim under the Prime Minister???s Assistance Package and pass a reasoned order after hearing them within 60 days. If found entitled, the amount shall be released promptly, in line with payments already made to other similarly placed pensioners, without any discrimination. 8. With these directions, the instant petition stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
