It is also very pertinent to mention that even the defendants along with their leave to defend application have filed their own statement of account such as one available as Annexure D/38 onwards and it is in consonance with the statement of account shown by the plaintiff. Hence, I do not see any reason to disagree with the statement of account given by the plaintiff.
