When confronted with the legal position of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to appear Zonal Office Korangi No. 04 along with all documents as discussed supra for re-evaluation of the case and passing of the speaking order in due course of time in law. The request seems to be reasonable and acceded to. The petition stands disposed of in the terms of the statement so made by the counsel for the NADRA. Meanwhile, petitioner is directed willing to appear Zonal Office Korangi No. 04 along with all documents. However, in the intervening period no bottlenecks shall be created so far as the issue involved in this case is concerned subject to all just exceptions as provided under the law. The aforesaid exercise shall be undertaken within two weeks??? time. 5. This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
