To a specific query, Appellant replied, which is supported by the record, that till date Respondent No.1 has not been convicted in the NAB Reference pending against him; but his assets have been frozen by the NAB (National Accountability Bureau), which shows that he is involved in corrupt and illegal practice. This argument is not acceptable as there is no supporting record, including any judicial order.
