12/2015 Judicial Companies Misc. Patek (Private) Limited and another (Applicant) V/S . (Respondent) Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui Order Date: 06-MAY-16 It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the scheme of arrangement is such that the petitioner No.1 is being demerged and one part of it is being amalgamated and merged with petitioner No.2. Scheme is available as annexure-E. In terms of the order dated 23.9.2015 such petitioners were allowed to hold separate meetings with their shareholders including the directors and the Chairman was directed to submit report accordingly. The report has been filed subsequently and in pursuance of this merger petition SECP has filed its parawsie comments/objections which are substantially dealt with one by one. Advocates: M/S.
