Be that as it may, since this is a simple case of harassment, the police officials can only take action if there is concrete evidence against the family members of the petitioner in terms of Section 154 Cr.P.C. However, no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner and her family members. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed application.
