In view of the above, the applicant / accused Khurram Shahzad son of Muhammad Yousuf Bhatti is admitted to post-arrest bail subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000.00 (Rupees one hundred thousand only) and a P.R. bond for the same amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
