This Court vide order dated 23.10.2025, issued notices to the respondents with directions to the SHO concerned to provide protection to the petitioners. Today, the private respondents are called absent without intimation. The SHO present in Court submits that due protection shall be provided to the petitioners. He is directed to obtain bond of Rs.500,000/- (Rupees five lac) each from the private respondents to the effect that no bodily harm shall be caused to the petitioners and the same bonds shall be kept at the police station and can be used against them if there is harm caused to the petitioners. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
