Based on the judgment from February 4, 2025, this court is nullifying the impugned show-cause notice dated February 10, 2022. Consequently, the disciplinary action related to the specific allegations in that Show Cause Notice is dropped. However, the department is still free to take new disciplinary action against the petitioner for any other misconduct not covered by the now-invalidated Show Cause Notice.
