Thus based on the discussion made hereinabove we are of the considered view that the prosecution has proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt against the appellant by producing reliable, trustworthy, and confidence-inspiring oral evidence as well as documentary evidence in support of the same. We, therefore, uphold all the sentences, fines, and penalties for each offence in the judgment whilst dismissing the appeal.
