This is a case of simple harassment. However, the petitioner???s counsel did not press clause-2 of the prayer clause. Learned Assistant PG present in Court submits that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner, however, if there is a cognizable offence, police shall be free to take action in accordance with law.
