Today, in compliance of this Court???s order dated 15.04.2026, a statement has been filed on behalf of the Secretary, Health Department, Government of Sindh, wherein it has been stated that necessary steps for the release of the petitioner???s pension and gratuity have been initiated, and the payable amount shall be credited to his account within two weeks. the request seems to be reasonable and is acceded to. In view of the aforesaid assurance and statement, the instant contempt application is hereby disposed of accordingly.
