However, in the present case, no harassment shall be caused to either party. The police shall take action, if there is any concrete evidence available against the petitioner, in accordance with law. However, parties shall not harass to each other and police shall be neutral in private affairs subject to all just exceptions as provided under the law. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
