Undoubtedly the aircrew needs to be looked after by specially trained staff and for this reason such job training is inevitable. The normal take care of an employee (patient) of defendant No.1 are different from those who operate flights and there could be no two opinions about it. The officials of defendant No.1 may have awaken late in realizing their duties and it is they who could be blamed for earlier flight operations through untrained staff but the passengers cannot be left at the mercy of those who lacks such qualification/training, be it an "on job training"Full judgment text for this case is not yet available on Pakistan Law Reports.
