The normal take care of an employee (patient) of defendant No.1 are different from those who operate flights and there could be no two opinions about it. The officials of defendant No.1 may have awaken late in realizing their duties and it is they who could be blamed for earlier flight operations through untrained staff but the passengers cannot be left at the mercy of those who lacks such qualification/training, be it an "on job training"
