Turning to the quantum of sentence awarded to the appellants by the trial court we have considered the evidence produced by the prosecution and found that there were general allegations against the appellants of causing hatchet and knife injuries to the deceased resulting in his death and all the witnesses have deposed that the appellants actively participated in the commission of offence.
