This case involved a dispute over two residential plots in Turbat, Balochistan. Noor Muhammad claimed he had been allotted the plots in 1996, paid installments, built a boundary wall, and lived there peacefully. However, another man, Sajjad Akhtar, filed a complaint before the Provincial Ombudsman on behalf of two other individuals, claiming they were the rightful allottees and that Noor Muhammad had illegally occupied the plots. The Ombudsman decided the case and ordered authorities to vacate the plots from Noor Muhammad, without ever giving him notice or a chance to be heard.
