This case comes from the Balochistan High Court and involves a long-running dispute over land that had already been decided in favour of the respondents, Haji Abdul Wahid and others, in earlier court proceedings dating back to 2003 and 2015. The court ruled that the government officials, as judgment debtors, could not avoid their legal obligation to satisfy the decree. Both petitions were dismissed, meaning the respondents could proceed with enforcing their decree.
