Sardar M. Yaqoob Khan Nasar v. Sardar Israr Tareen,
CLC 2011 1649 · Balochistan High Court
This case involved an election dispute in Balochistan. Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan Nasir, an unsuccessful candidate, challenged the victory of Sardar Muhammad Israr Tareen, alleging massive rigging and illegal practices at 23 polling stations, including a claim that certain polling stations had been effectively "captured" and results manipulated in violation of election voting procedures.
