Amanat Masih V/S Province of Sindh & Others Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry Accordingly, the respondents are directed to ensure that the remaining retirement benefits of the petitioner, including gratuity, benevolent fund, group insurance and other admissible dues, are processed and released strictly in accordance with law and entitlement, without unnecessary delay. The competent authority shall complete the requisite exercise and communicate the progress/outcome to the petitioner within six weeks??? time. 9. With the above observations and directions, the instant Constitutional Petition stands disposed of. In case of non-compliance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
