Muhammad Waheed V/S Federation of Pakistan & others Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry Accordingly, this constitutional petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation/application dated 15.06.2026, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law, after affording, if so required by law, an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 12. In the event the petitioner remains aggrieved by the decision so rendered, he shall be at liberty to avail such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
