Sanam & another V/S Province of Sindh & others Sindh High Court Bench: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon(Author), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights of the parties and subject to the outcome of the investigation, the private respondents are directed to furnish surety bonds in the sum of Rs.500,000/- each before the SHO concerned, undertaking that they shall not cause any harm, harassment, intimidation, or interference with the peaceful life, liberty, and security of the petitioners. The official respondents shall ensure protection to the petitioners as and when required in accordance with law. 8. With the above observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
